NOS, HILVERSUM
The entrance of the NOS (Dutch broadcasting company) building in Hilversum was marked by a stoney heat island. For both employees and visitors, shade would be a welcome addition to the building experience, but as the square also is the top floor of the parking deck and functions as multifunctional event space, weight constraints and required flexibility limited the options for greening the space. By using our Jungle Blocks, we've realised a lightweight and movable forest on the square, offering an inspiring place to enjoy a coffee break, meeting or TV recording in the shade.
