Just like many other cities, Amsterdam has a challenge in coping with heatstress. Hence the municipality initiated a 'Shademakers' campaign, piloting various modular greening solutions at the Oosterdokskade in downtown Amsterdam. Four of our Jungle Blocks contribute shade, seating and water buffering capacity to this stoney space next to central station. Making it a nicer place to reside!
